Configure rounding for cash payments

A practice manager can configure ezyVet to automatically round cash payments.

To configure rounding for cash payments, do this procedure.

Note: You can use cash rounding when you cannot give a client the correct change in coins. For example, practices in the United States use cash rounding to the nearest 5 cents (the lowest cash denomination available). Cash rounding is available to practices in all regions.

Select Admin.
In the settings list, select Financial.
Select Payment Methods.
The left sidebar shows ezyVet's configured payment methods.
Select a cash payment method.
ezyVet shows the settings of the payment method.
Set Uses Rounding to YES.
Select Save.
