Make an e-claim for an insurance company that does not have ezyVet integration

To send an e-claim, you must make an e-claim record.

Note: This procedure is only necessary for an e-claim that does not use an ezyVet insurance integration. If the e-claim is for an insurance company with an integration, do one of these procedures as necessary:
To make an e-claim, do this procedure.
  1. Select Clinical.
    The Clinical tab
  2. In the left sidebar, find and select the applicable clinical record.
    ezyVet shows settings and information of the clinical record.
  3. Select Insurance.

  4. Adjacent to Claims, select the plus button.

    ezyVet shows a New Claim screen.
    Note: As an alternative, select New Claim.

  5. In the Insurance Provider box, select the supplier contact record for the insurance company.

  6. Select Save.
    The Save button
ezyVet makes an e-claim. ezyVet shows the e-claim in the eClaims dashboard tab.
