Prepare an image that has the correct dimensions to use with the template image.
Note: If the image does not have the correct dimensions, use an image editing app to change the image before you do this procedure.
To make a template image, do this procedure.
Select Admin.
In the settings list, select Templates.
Select Template Images.
ezyVet shows a New Template Image screen.
In the Template Image Name box, enter a name for the image.
Note: While you enter a template image name, ezyVet automatically adds the name to the Replacement Name box. Replacement Name shows the dedicated template variable for the template image.
For example, Example name shows an template image name of 2025Logo. The Replacement Name box shows {TemplateImage2025Logo}. Thus, {TemplateImage2025Logo} is the template variable that you add to applicable templates to show the image.
Tip: Enter a name that makes it easy to find the image. You can also enter information in the Description box to help other staff know how to use the image.
Select Choose File, then upload the applicable image.
Select Save.
ezyVet shows a confirmation message:
ezyVet has a configured template image. The template image shows a preview of its image:
Record the template variable that the Replacement Name box shows and add it to the applicable template.
