Deactivate an appointment status

If your organization does not use an appointment status, a practice manager can deactivate it. This can help decrease the time necessary to make client appointments.

To deactivate an appointment status, do this procedure.
Note: You can only deactivate appointment statuses that you made for your site. You cannot deactivate the appointment statuses that an ezyVet site automatically has and that you did not make.
  1. Select Admin.

  2. In the settings list, select Settings.

  3. Select Appointment Statuses.

    ezyVet shows the configured appointment statuses of your site.
  4. Select the applicable appointment status.
  5. Select Disable.

  6. Select Disable.

    ezyVet shows a confirmation message:
    A Record Disabled message
The appointment status is deactivated. ezyVet shows the deactivated status in the I/A tab.
