During your onboarding process, the data conversion process converts data from your source practice information management system (PIMS) into an ezyVet trial site. While your data is in the trial site, you must complete the data validation procedures. The procedures make sure that the data conversion process correctly converted your data.

For each patient record, you must complete each data validation procedure. The image and table that follow:

• Shows settings and areas of an ezyVet patient record
• Shows the data validation procedure of each setting or area of an ezyVet patient record
