Do a check that patient records show related communication records
The data conversion process converts patient records from your source practice information management system (PIMS) to ezyVet. It is important that you make sure that the data conversion process correctly converted communication records that are related to patient records.
Make sure that you have the equivalent patient record open in your source PIMS.
Note: ezyVet customer support recommends that you:
- Do a check of a minimum of 10 patient records
- Do a check of a patient record that you know well (for example, a patient record of a patient that visits frequently)
- Select Patients.
- Select Communication.
- Compare the communication records of the Communication section to the communication records of the equivalent patient record of your source PIMS.
