The data conversion process converts patient records from your source practice information management system (PIMS) to ezyVet. You must make sure that the data conversion process correctly converted attachments that are related to patient records.

Make sure that you have the equivalent patient record open in your source PIMS.

To make sure that the data conversion process correctly converted attachments, do this procedure.

Note: ezyVet customer support recommends that you:

Do a check of a minimum of 10 patient records
Do a check of a patient record that you know well (for example, a patient record of a patient that visits frequently)

Note: The data conversion cannot convert attachments during the trial conversion.

Select Patients.
In the left sidebar, find and select the applicable patient record.
ezyVet shows patient record settings and information.
Select Attachment.
Compare the attachments of the Attachments section to the attachments the equivalent patient record of your source PIMS.

You completed a check that the data conversion process correctly converted attachments of patient records.
