Do a check that a patient record has the correct patient notes
The data conversion process converts patient records from your source practice information management system (PIMS) to ezyVet. You must make sure that the data conversion process converted patient notes of patient records correctly.
Make sure that you have the equivalent patient record open in your source PIMS.
Note: ezyVet customer support recommends that you:
- Do a check of a minimum of 10 patient records
- Do a check of a patient record that you know well (for example, a patient record of a patient that visits frequently)
- Select Patients.The left sidebar shows the patient records of your site.
- Compare the information of the Animal Notes box with the patient notes of the equivalent patient record of your source PIMS.
