About new client registration and first appointments
If a person is not a client of your practice, they can use the Vello client portal to complete registration and make their first appointment with your practice.
- Complete registration
- Make their first appointment and subsequent appointments in the client portal

| 4 | Select the buttons that show adjacent to APPOINTMENT BOOKING in the Practice Profile screen to get the link or QR code. Add the link or QR code to your website, newsletters, and flyers. As a result, new clients have access to the correct link to complete registration and make an appointment.
