Make a clinical template
After a practice manager makes a clinical template, staff can select and use it to record clinical information in clinical records.
The content of a clinical template usually uses shorthand text and picklists. Make sure that you know the function of shorthand text and picklists.
- Select Admin.
- In the settings list, select Templates.
- Select Clinical Templates.ezyVet shows a New Template screen.
- Use the For settings to select the record types that staff can use with the clinical template. ExampleIf you want to make the clinical template available for clinical procedures, select For Therapeutics / Procedures.
- Select Save.ezyVet shows a confirmation message:
Tip: Go to a clinical record and do tests of the clinical template to make sure that it operates correctly.
