After a practice manager makes a clinical layout, you can use it with clinical records.

1. Select Clinical.
   
2. Find and select the applicable clinical record.
3. In the clinical record sidebar, select Clinical Layout.
   
   Tip: If the clinical record does not use a clinical layout, Clinical Layout shows None.
   ezyVet shows the Set Clinical Layout For Record dialog box.
   Trouble: If you cannot select Clinical Layout:

   • Make sure that your user account has the Administration > Clinical Layouts > Apply Clinical Layouts permission
   • Make sure that the clinical record is not locked because of clinical record lockdown
4. Select the applicable clinical layout.
   
5. Select Change.
   
   ezyVet shows a confirmation message:
