Release notes: ezyVet version 45.7
ezyVet version 45.7 is available from August 25, 2026.
Changes to the filters of the Records dashboard tab
- Quantities of products that you invoiced
- Quantities of products that you purchased
- Appointments
These filters show their results more quickly, and the counts are more accurate. Previously, ezyVet used a different method to calculate these counts. The method was slow, and it could count some items more than one time.
Changes to e-claim treatment dates
- The first line date as the From date
- The most recent line date as the To date
- E-claims for insurance companies that have an ezyVet integration
- E-claims for insurance companies that do not have an ezyVet integration
Previously, ezyVet calculated the treatment dates from the invoice approval date.
Other changes
After you change a care service's configuration, ezyVet changes related standard-of-care data more quickly.
Fix for the online portal
- Select Launch Kiosk Mode in the eBookings dashboard tab
- Select Preview Online Booking in the settings screen for the online portal
- Open the online portal in the same browser as ezyVet
Previously, ezyVet signed you out of ezyVet and it was necessary to sign in again.
Fix for the Animals report
- Latest Temp
- Latest B.C.S.
- Latest D.S.
Previously, the columns incorrectly showed the first value that you recorded.
Fixes for user account records
When you save changes to a user account, ezyVet keeps the session timeout of the user account. Previously, ezyVet could change the session timeout to the system session timeout.
You can save the other settings of your user account without the Add/Edit Users user account permission. ezyVet does not show a permission error message. Previously, ezyVet showed the message You do not have permission to change the user session timeout. ezyVet showed the message when the session timeout of the user account was different from the system session timeout.
Other fixes
Fixed an issue where template variables that generate a table (for example, overdue vaccination tables) did not keep the formatting set in the document template. The table now shows correctly with the applied color and text size, including the header row, and following lines are no longer pulled into the table.
A health status score of 0 now stays visible after the clinical record is saved and reopened, instead of the field appearing blank. This applies to the pain score, dental score, ovary sizes, uterus and cervix tone, uterine oedema, and cytology fields.
When you open more than one clinical record at the same time, ezyVet correctly opens the New Image Map Note dialog box. ezyVet opens this dialog box for a dental chart or other image map against the ezyVet record that you opened it from. Previously, opening a record with an image map and then opening a second record could show the first patient's data in the dialog box. ezyVet also incorrectly saved the note to that patient's record.
