ezyVet version 45.4 is available from July 14, 2026.
New
ezyVet version 45.4 has a new
{PrescriptionExternalMedicationsListWithNoRefills} template variable. The output of the {PrescriptionExternalMedicationsListWithNoRefills} template variable:- Shows external medications of the prescription
- Does not show refill information for the external medications
Changes to inventory settings of product records
In the Filters section of inventory settings of product records, ezyVet version 45.4 has these changes to box names:
- The name of the Business box changed to Business Unit
- The name of the Inventory location box changed to Inventory Location
In the Inventory balances table of batch-tracked products, the name of the Show disabled setting changed to Show Expired.
If a batch agrees with all of the conditions that follow, the Inventory balances table does not show information for the batch:
- The batch does not have a batch number (that is, the batch number shows Unallocated)
- The batch has an inventory level of 0
If a batch-tracked product agrees with the conditions that follow, the Inventory balances table shows No batch balances:
- The product does not have a batch that has a batch number
- The product does not have a batch that shows Unallocated and has an inventory level that is not 0
For products that have Tracking Level set to Product, the Inventory balances table shows information for inventory locations that have an inventory level of 0. Previously, the table did not show information for inventory locations that had an inventory level of 0.
