ezyVet version 43.6 is available from October 21, 2025.

Changes to client contact records
Client contact records have a new Hospital box. The Hospital box shows a client's hospital. A hospital in ezyVet identifies each physical location of your organization.
Change: Wellness plan message for clients
If all patients of a client are deceased or the patient records are deactivated, ezyVet shows a message in the Wellness tab of the applicable client contact record:
Wellness plan memberships can only be viewed for a contact with active Patient.
Previously, the Wellness tab was empty.
Other changes
Easy Clinical Notes (pilot feature): When more than one staff member enters information in the sidebar at the same time, ezyVet shows you a Failed to update because another user is updating the record at the same time. Please refresh the page and retry to continue error message. Previously, if more than one staff member entered information at the same time, ezyVet showed an error message that did not give more information about the problem.
Better performance for memos: Compared to previous ezyVet versions, ezyVet version 43.6 shows lists of memos faster.
The eClaims dashboard tab has better performance and is faster to show large numbers of e-claim records compared to previous versions of ezyVet.
You can use the Records dashboard tab to change the hospital for many client contact records at the same time. For more information, refer to Change the hospital of many client contact records.
Fix: Clinical summaries sent correctly to rVetLink
- In the settings for the rVetLink integration, you set Default for new Clinical Summary to ON
- In the Summaries tab of a patient record, you select Send to Client adjacent to the Client's Email Address box
Previously, ezyVet did not send the clinical summary to rVetLink after you selected Send to Client.
Other fixes
Payments screen: If payment allocation for an invoice payment is fully completed, the C tab of the screen's left sidebar shows the applicable payment record. Previously, the A tab incorrectly showed the payment record.
An invoice that you use the Print Combined Invoice report to print shows only financial information for the business unit that you are signed in to. Previously, the invoice incorrectly showed financial information for all business units.
A statement that you use the Statements report to print shows only financial information for the business unit that you are signed in to. Previously, the statement incorrectly showed financial information for all business units.
Payment integrations: When you complete payment allocation for a client payment, the C tab of the left sidebar correctly shows the applicable payment record. Previously, the left sidebar incorrectly showed the payment record in the A tab.
CUBEX integration: When a staff member dispenses medication from a CUBEX cabinet, the applicable entry in the Dispense Cabinets dashboard tab has the correct status. Previously, if a staff member changed the sales resource or quantity of the medication in CUBEX, the entry had an incorrect status of Processing.
- You selected a saved payment card as a payment method in the New Payment dialog box
- At a subsequent time, you opened the dialog box again
When ezyVet does verification for a client's online portal account, ezyVet keeps the client's address information in the applicable client contact record. Previously, ezyVet removed the address information.
eReferrals dashboard tab: ezyVet version 43.6 removes the unwanted empty area at the bottom of the Pending Referrals section.
- ezyVet changes the applicable CUBEX data record in ezyVet to show a failed status
- The data record shows a message to tell you which clinical record is deactivated
- ezyVet sends you a memo to tell you that the cause of the failed status is because the clinical record is deactivated
Version 43.6 of ezyVet correctly shows document template styling and checkboxes. Previously, the styling and checkboxes were missing for some customers.
