To find product records, use the search box that shows directly in the new screen for product configuration.

New steps to add product records

To add a product record, select the New product button that shows in the product configuration screen. After you select New product, you can select the product type that you want to make (for example, one product, a product bundle, or a service fee product):

Note: After you select a product type, you cannot change it. If you accidentally selected an incorrect product type, make a different product record that has the correct product type.

For a product, a product container, or a product package, you can select a clinical type (for example, a product for a vaccination or for a clinical procedure):

Location changes for product configuration settings

ezyVet version 43.3 changes the location of product configuration settings compared to previous versions. This table gives each setting and information about the location changes:

The setting shows in the Customer Panel section of the Advanced tab of the product record:

Product records before ezyVet version 43.3

For each product record that your ezyVet site had before version 43.3, ezyVet automatically sets the correct product type and clinical type. Thus, it is not necessary to make changes to product records that your site had before version 43.3.

Product records of a product supplier integration

For each product record of a product supplier integration, ezyVet automatically sets the correct product type and clinical type. Thus, it is not necessary to manually configure product types and clinical types.
