Do this troubleshooting if ezyVet shows There are default billing triggers mapped to this product when you try to deactivate a product:
Note: The error message also shows the name of the applicable billing trigger (for example, Therapeutic-Ear clean (moderate).
The product has a relation with a billing trigger
Remove the relation with the billing trigger
A practice manager or a person with administrator permissions must do these steps.
- Select Related Records.
- Set Related Records to Default Billing Triggers.ezyVet shows the billing trigger records that have a relation to the product.
- Select the applicable billing trigger.ezyVet shows a dialog box that has configuration of the billing trigger.
- Select the red cross that is adjacent to the Billing Triggers box to remove the product. Note: As an alternative, you can select a different product in the Billing Triggers box.
- Select Update.ezyVet shows a confirmation message:
