Contact record tabs
The screen of a contact record shows a set of tabs. Use each tab to find and show information about a person or organization. And use the tabs to do different types of tasks for clients, syndicates, and other organization types.

applicable to a product supplier. Example information shown

| Related Records | The Related Records tab shows ezyVet records that have a relation to
the contact record. Example records include:

The Financial tab shows financial
information about a person or organization. The information
includes:
The Financial tab shows only in client contact records and syndicate contact records. |
| S.O.C. | The S.O.C. tab shows standard of care
events of all patients of a client. The information includes:

| Wellness | The Wellness tab shows wellness plan information for all patients of a client. The information shown includes wellness plan memberships and benefits. |
| RVM –Medications | The RVM Prescriptions tab shows RVM
information for patients of a client. Note: The RVM
Prescriptions tab only shows for client contact
records and syndicate contact records.

| Referred Cases | The tab shows all clinical records that are related to the veterinarian of the contact record. |
| Diagnostics | The Diagnostics tab shows all diagnostic results of all patients of a client. |
| eClaims | The eClaims tab shows all e-claims of all patients of a client. You can use the eClaims tab to make and monitor e-claims. |
| Appointments | The Appointments tab shows all appointment records of all patients of a client. |
The Options tab shows financial settings
that you can make for a person or organization. For example, use the
settings to:
The Options tab includes a setting that you can use to remove a client from electronic marketing messages that you can use ezyVet to send. |

| Memos | The Memos tab shows records of each memo that staff sent about a person or organization. |
| Attachment | The Attachment tab shows all file attachments of a person or organization. |
| Change Log | The Change Log tab shows the change log of a contact record. |
| Merge | Use the Merge tab to do a merge of a contact record. |
