Make a template image

Practice managers can use a template image to add an image to a document template or an email template.

Prepare an image that has the correct dimensions to use with the template image.
Note: If the image does not have the correct dimensions, use an image editing app to change the image before you do this procedure.
To make a template image, do this procedure.
  1. Select Admin.
    The Admin tab
  2. In the settings list, select Templates.

    The Template Image Name box
Note: While you enter a template image name, ezyVet automatically adds the name to the Replacement Name box. Replacement Name shows the dedicated template variable for the template image.
For example, Example name shows an template image name of 2025Logo. The Replacement Name box shows {TemplateImage2025Logo}. Thus, {TemplateImage2025Logo} is the template variable that you add to applicable templates to show the image.
