Change the status of many appointments to Complete

To change the appointment status of many appointments to Complete at the same time, use the Records dashboard tab. As a result, it is not necessary to change each appointment status each time.

To change the status, do this procedure.
Note: An example of when this procedure is applicable is when the task panel shows an Expired Appointment Status message. Appointments that have the Expired status are usually after their scheduled time and date but staff did not change the status to Departed or Complete.

  1. Select Dashboard.

  2. Select Records.

  3. Set Record Type to Appointment.

  4. Select Show Records.

  5. Select the applicable records.
  6. In the Perform Action section, select All or Selected.

    Note: To change all records of the search results, select All. To change only the records that you select, select Selected.
  7. In the Action list, select Appointment - Change Appointment Status.

  8. Select Action.

  9. In the Appointments box, select Complete.

  10. Select Update.
