Configure your ezyVet site with an e-booking system

Before clients and staff can use ezyVet's e-booking system, a practice manager must configure it.

To configure the e-booking system, do this procedure.
  1. Select Admin.

  2. In the settings list, select Integration.

  3. Select eBooking Settings.

    ezyVet shows the online portal settings.
  4. In the Name box, enter a name for the e-booking configuration.

  5. If your site uses a department configuration, use the For Division box to select the department that will have the e-booking system.
    Note: If your site does not use a department configuration, ezyVet does not show the For Division box.
  6. Select Online Booking Mode.

    ezyVet shows more information that includes the address of the e-booking home page:

    Note: Do not select the e-booking link. Record the address and continue to the next step.
  7. In the General section, make the necessary settings.

  8. Select Save.

    ezyVet shows a confirmation message:

Your ezyVet site has a configured e-booking system. To give clients access, do the procedure given in Set a username and password for online portal and e-booking access.
