The New Transfer button shows dimmed and you cannot select it

Your ezyVet user account does not have the necessary permission

Before you can use ezyVet Scan to do an inventory transfer, your ezyVet user account must have the Financial > Inventory Transfers > Add/Edit permission.

Add the necessary user account permission

A practice manager or a person with the necessary administrator permissions must do these steps.

  1. Select Admin.
    The Admin tab
  2. In the settings list, select Users/Resources.
    The Users/Resources setting in the settings list
  3. Select Users.
    The Users setting
    ezyVet shows the configured user accounts of your site.
  4. In the left sidebar, find and select the applicable user account.
    ezyVet shows the settings of the user account.
  5. Select Permissions.
    The Permissions tab
  6. Find and select the Financial > Inventory Transfers > Add/Edit user account permission.
  7. Select Save.
    The Save button
    ezyVet shows a confirmation message:

  8. Sign out of ezyVet Scan, then sign back in again.
