ezyVet Scan shows a You cannot add this product to the inventory transfer error message

If ezyVet Scan shows the You cannot add this product to the inventory transfer. Make sure that your practice manager set the correct Inventory Track setting for the product record error message, do these troubleshooting steps.

A practice manager did not configure inventory tracking for the product

Do the necessary configuration

A practice manager or a person with the necessary administrator permissions must do these steps.

  1. Select Admin.

  2. In the settings list, select Products.
    The Products setting in the settings list
    ezyVet shows the product records of your site.
  3. Find and select the applicable product.
    ezyVet shows the product settings.
  4. Select Inventory.

  5. Set Tracking Level to Product, Batch, or Serial.

  6. Make remaining settings as necessary.
  7. Select Save.
