Changes for Android devices only

When you start ezyVet Scan, ezyVet Scan shows a screen with the ezyVet Scan logo on a red background. Previously, ezyVet Scan showed the app icon first, then showed a different screen.

If ezyVet Scan does not start correctly, ezyVet Scan shows an error message. Previously, ezyVet Scan did not show an error message. As a result, it was not clear that ezyVet Scan had a problem.
