If necessary, you can reset the ezyVet Scan app. For example, if ezyVet Scan has an error, you could reset ezyVet Scan and sign in again. And because ezyVet Scan can connect to one ezyVet site only, a reset is also necessary if you want to connect ezyVet Scan to a different ezyVet site.

To reset ezyVet Scan, do this procedure.

1. Select the menu button.
   
   ezyVet Scan shows the ezyVet Scan pane.
2. Select Reset App.
   
   ezyVet Scan shows the Reset App pop-up window.
3. Select Yes.

ezyVet Scan is in a new condition and it does not have data from your ezyVet site.
