Add a different user account to ezyVet Scan

Different staff members can use ezyVet Scan with the same device. If a different staff member wants to use ezyVet Scan with your device, they must add their ezyVet user account to ezyVet Scan.

Make sure that the other staff member knows the username and password of their ezyVet user account.
To add a different user account, do this procedure.
  1. Select the menu button.

    ezyVet Scan shows the ezyVet Scan pane.
  2. Select Sign Out.

    ezyVet Scan shows the Welcome Back! screen.
  3. Select Add User.

  4. Tell the staff member to enter their username and password.
  5. Select Sign in.

    ezyVet Scan shows a Please select a 4-digit security PIN screen.
  6. Tell the staff member to enter a PIN.
    ezyVet Scan shows a Fetching Site Data screen while it syncs data from ezyVet:

When the sync is completed, ezyVet Scan signs the staff member in.
