About patient records in ezyVet Go

Use a patient record to enter and change information about a patient.

Patient record settings

A patient record has settings that you can use to enter and change patient information. This table shows each setting and its function:
Setting Function
Name* The patient name.
Microchip The patient's microchip number.
Date of Birth The patient's date of birth.
Species* The species of the patient.
Breed The breed of the species.
Sex* The sex of the patient.
Owner* The patient owner.
Lives away from owner If you enable this setting, you can select a different address for the patient.
Animal is hostile If you enable this setting, ezyVet Go shows a warning icon on the patient record:

Notes General information about the patient.

Clinical histories in patient records

The Clinical History screen shows a patient's clinical history.

The Clinical History screen has many filters that you can use to easily find records. For example, you can use the Assessments filter to show a patient's assessment records:

About new patient records

ezyVet Go usually syncs patient records from ezyVet. As an alternative, you can make a patient record in ezyVet Go. If you add a new patient in ezyVet Go you can immediately add clinical information to their patient record. ezyVet Go syncs the patient record to ezyVet.
