Configure the PetLink integration

Before your organization can use PetLink with ezyVet, a practice manager must configure the necessary integration.

Go to www.petlink.net/account/register-vet-practice to complete sign-up for a PetLink account.
Note:
  • In the First Name and Last Name boxes of the sign-up page, enter the name of the owner of your organization
  • In the Email box of the sign-up page, enter an email account that more than one person has access to
To configure the integration, do this procedure.
  1. Select Admin.

  2. In the settings list, select Integration.

    ezyVet shows a New Integration Setting screen.
  3. In the Integration box, select API Partner.

  4. In the Partner box, select PetLink.

  5. Select Save.

  6. In the Scopes section, select Select All.

  7. Select Save.

  8. Select Download Credentials.

    ezyVet downloads a text file that has a client ID and a client secret.
ezyVet has a configured integration for PetLink.
Send the text file that you downloaded in step 8 to support@petlink.net.
