Make a product record for the myBalto integration

When a client makes a donation to your myBalto Foundation charity, the product record tells myBalto how much money to add to the charity.

To make the record, do this procedure:
  1. Select Admin.
    The Admin tab
  2. In the settings list, select Products.
    The Products setting in the settings list
    ezyVet shows a New Product screen.
  3. Select Products.
    The Products setting
    ezyVet shows a New Product screen.
  4. In the Product Code box, enter 9999.
  5. In the Properties section, make changes to the applicable settings.
    This table gives the applicable settings:

  6. In the Department box of the Pricing ($) section, make the product available to all departments of your organization.
  7. In the Price box, enter 1.00.
  8. In the Tax Rate box, enter E (0%).
  9. In the Inc. TAX box, enter 1.00.
  10. Set Service Fees to No.
ezyVet has the product record.
