Make an ezyVet user account for Vetcove Home Delivery

For correct operation of Vetcove Home Delivery with ezyVet, a practice manager must make a dedicated ezyVet user account for the Vetcove Home Delivery integration. Vetcove Home Delivery uses the user account to sync prescriptions from Vetcove Home Delivery to ezyVet.

To make the user account, do this procedure.
Note: The username and password that you enter in step 5 and step 6 are not from Vetcove Home Delivery. Thus, enter the username and password that you want but make sure that you do not make them available to other persons. And do not send the username and password to Vetcove customer support.
  1. Select Admin.

  2. In the settings list, select Users/Resources.

  3. Select Users.

    ezyVet shows New User screen.
  4. In the Name box, enter Vetcove
  5. In the Login Name (Your Email Address) box, enter a username.
  6. In the System Password box, enter a password for the user account.
  7. In the User Settings section, select Vet.

    ezyVet shows a confirmation message:

ezyVet has the user account.
