Configure the Vetcove Home Delivery integration

Before your organization can use Vetcove Home Delivery with ezyVet, a practice manager must configure the necessary integration.

Make sure that you have a Vetcove Home Delivery account.
To configure the integration, do this procedure.
  1. Select Admin.

  2. In the settings list, select Integration.

  3. In the Integration box, select API Partner.

  4. In the Partner box, select Vetcove - Home Delivery Platform.

  5. Select Save.

  6. In the Scopes section, select Select All.

  8. Select Download Credentials.

    ezyVet downloads a text file that has a client ID and a client secret.
ezyVet has a configured Vetcove Home Delivery integration.
  1. Sign in to the Vetcove Home Delivery dashboard.
  2. Go to Settings > PIMS integration.
  3. Select EzyVet, then move down the screen to the form.
  4. Enter the client ID and client secret from the text file that you downloaded in step 8 into the form.
  5. Enter your organization name.
    Note: To find your organization name, do steps 1 thru 4 given in Change the address, phone, and email information of your organization. The name that the Business Name box shows as the result of step 4 in Change the address, phone, and email information of your organization is the name that you enter as the organization name for Vetcove Home Delivery.
  6. Select Connect to EzyVet.
