Configure the standard product supplier integration (SPSI) for Fortis

Before staff can use Fortis with ezyVet, a practice manager must configure the necessary integrations. The standard product supplier integration (SPSI) is one of the two necessary integrations.

  • Make sure that your site has a configured API integration for Fortis
  • Make sure that you have the necessary client ID and client secret information from Fortis customer support
  • Make sure that your site has a dedicated supplier contact record for the integration
To configure the integration, do this procedure.
  1. Select Admin.

  2. In the settings list, select Integration.

    ezyVet shows a New Integration Setting screen.
  3. In the Integration box, select Fortis (SPSI).

  4. Use the For Division box to select an applicable department or business unit.
    Note: If your site does not use a department or business unit configuration, ezyVet does not show the For Division box.
  5. In the Supplier box, select the applicable supplier contact record.
  6. In the API Partner box, select the configured API integration for Fortis.

  7. Select Save.

    If the configuration is correct, ezyVet shows a confirmation message:

  10. Select Update Product Pricing.

ezyVet has a configured standard product supplier integration for Fortis.
