Configure the API integration for Fortis

Before staff can use Fortis with ezyVet, a practice manager must configure the necessary API integration. Then, they must configure the necessary standard product supplier integration (SPSI).

Make sure that you have a Fortis account.
To configure the API integration, do this procedure.
  1. Select Admin.

  2. In the settings list, select Integration.

  3. In the Integration box, select API Partner.

  4. In the Partner box, select Fortis NZ.

  5. Select Save.

  6. In the Scopes section, select Select All.

  7. Select Save.

  8. Select Download Credentials.

    ezyVet downloads a text file that has a client ID and a client secret.
  9. Send the text file to Fortis customer support (orders@fortisnz.co.nz).
ezyVet has a configured API integration for Fortis.
Configure the standard product supplier integration (SPSI) for Fortis. Fortis customer support will send you the necessary information to configure the integration.
