Send a Windcave remote payment link again

If necessary, you can send a remote payment link to a client again. For example, if a client tells you that they did not receive the initial remote payment link, you can send a new one.

Do this procedure to send a remote payment link.
  1. Select Contacts.
    The Contacts tab
  2. In the left sidebar, find and select the applicable client contact record.
    ezyVet shows settings and information of the contact record.
  3. Select Financial.

  4. In the Pending Payments section, select the applicable payment.

  5. Select Resend Payment Links.

    ezyVet shows the Online Payment Request Options dialog box.
  6. Select the applicable message type and enter the applicable email address or phone number.
  7. Select Confirm and Resend.
