Send a Windcave remote payment link again
If necessary, you can send a remote payment link to a client again. For example, if a client tells you that they did not receive the initial remote payment link, you can send a new one.
Note: ezyVet does not have a method that you can use to send
many remote payment links again at the same time. You can only each send a remote
payment link again for each client each time.
- Select Contacts.
- Select Financial.
- In the Pending Payments section, select the applicable
payment.
- Select Resend Payment Links.ezyVet shows the Online Payment Request Options dialog box.
- Select Confirm and Resend.ezyVet shows a confirmation message:
- Permanently disables the remote payment link of the initial remote payment
- Sends a new remote payment link to the client
