Connect a requisition form to a diagnostic test of Vetnostics Pathology

To use Vetnostics Pathology for diagnostic tests, a practice manager must make a relation between a diagnostics requisition form and an applicable diagnostic test. As a result, ezyVet automatically selects the correct requisition form when a staff member makes a diagnostic request.

Make sure that your ezyVet site has a dedicated supplier contact record for the Vetnostics Pathology integration
Make sure that your site has a configured integration for Vetnostics Pathology
Make sure that your site has a configured requisition form for Vetnostics Pathology that is applicable to the diagnostic test

To make the relation, do this procedure.

Select Admin.
In the settings list, select Clinical.
Select Site Diagnostics.
The left sidebar shows the site diagnostic records of your ezyVet site.
Use the search box of the left sidebar to find and select the applicable diagnostic test.
ezyVet shows the settings of the diagnostic test.
In the Diagnostic Form box, select the applicable requisition form.
Select Save.
