Configure requisition forms for diagnostic tests of Vetnostics Pathology
To use Vetnostics Pathology for diagnostic tests, a practice manager must configure the diagnostic requisition forms.
- Make sure that your ezyVet site has a dedicated supplier contact record for the Vetnostics Pathology integration
- Make sure that your site has a configured integration for Vetnostics Pathology
- Select Admin.
- In the settings list, select Clinical.
- Select Sites Diagnostic Forms.ezyVet shows a screen that you can use to add a diagnostic test form.
- In the Supplier box, select the applicable supplier contact record.
- In the Diagnostic Form box, select the applicable requisition form.Note: If the Diagnostic Form box does not show the applicable requisition form, send an email to ezyVet customer support. Make sure that you include a PDF version of the requisition form. And make sure that it does not have patient data and client data.
