Disable many supplied diagnostic tests at the same time

If a practice manager knows that staff do not use some supplied diagnostic tests, they can use the Records dashboard tab to disable them.

Make sure that you know the supplier contact record of the applicable diagnostics supplier.
To disable the diagnostic tests, do this procedure.
  1. Select Dashboard.

  2. Select Records.

  3. Set Record Type to Supplied Diagnostic.

  4. In the All section, select the green plus button to add a filter.

  5. Set the filter to Supplier.

  6. Set the Supplier filter to the supplier contact record of the applicable diagnostics supplier.

  7. Select Show Records.

  8. Select the applicable diagnostic test records.
  9. In the Perform Action section, select All or Selected.

    Note: To change all records of the search results, select All. To change only the records that you select, select Selected.
  10. In the Action list, select Supplied Diagnostic - Disable.

  11. Select Action.

  12. Select DISABLE SUPPLIED DIAGNOSTIC.

The supplied diagnostic tests are disabled and staff cannot use them.
