To deactivate many supplied diagnostic tests, a practice manager can use the Records dashboard tab. As a result, staff cannot select and use the tests unless the practice manager activates the tests.

1. Select Dashboard.
   
2. Select Records.
   
   ezyVet shows the Records screen.
3. Set Record Type to Supplied Diagnostic.
   
4. In the All section, select the green plus button to add a filter.
   
5. Set the filter to Supplier.
   
6. Set the Supplier filter to the supplier contact record of the applicable diagnostics supplier.
   
   If you want to show supplied diagnostic tests for IDEXX Reference Laboratories, find and select its supplier contact record.

   Note: A practice manager sets the names of supplier contact records. Thus, the names that show in ezyVet are different for each organization. If you are not sure about which supplier contact record to select, speak to your practice manager.
7. Select Show Records.
   
   ezyVet shows applicable test codes:
   
   
8. Select the applicable diagnostic test records.
9. In the Perform Action section, select All or Selected.
   
   Note: To change all records of the search results, select All. To change only the records that you select, select Selected.
10. Set Action to Supplied Diagnostic - Disable.
    
11. Select Action.
    
    ezyVet shows a Disable Records dialog box. The dialog box shows the diagnostic tests that ezyVet will deactivate:
    
    
12. Select Disable Supplied Diagnostic.
    
    ezyVet shows a confirmation message:
