Before staff can use a supplied diagnostic test, a practice manager must activate the applicable diagnostic tests in ezyVet. If a practice manager uses the Records dashboard tab to activate the diagnostic tests, it is not necessary to activate each test each time.

1. Select Dashboard.
   
2. Select Records.
   
   ezyVet shows the Records screen.
3. Set Record Type to Supplied Diagnostic.
   
4. Set Active to No.
   
5. In the All section, select the green plus button to add a filter.
   
6. Set the filter to Supplier.
   
7. Set the Supplier filter to the supplier contact record of the applicable diagnostics supplier.
   
8. Select Show Records.
   
9. Select the applicable diagnostic test records.
10. In the Perform Action, select the applicable option.
    
    Note:

    • To change information of all records of the search results, select All
    • To change information of only the records that you selected, select Selected
    • To change information of the first 5000 records of the search results, select First 5000
    • To change information of the last 5000 records of the search results, select Last 5000
11. Set Action to Supplied Diagnostic - Enable.
    
12. Select Action.
