Make a supplier contact record for the Ambra integration

A dedicated supplier contact record is necessary for the configuration and correct operation of the Ambra integration.

Make sure that a practice manager did not configure this mandatory information for new contact records:

To make the record, do this procedure.

Select Contacts.
ezyVet shows the New Contact screen.
In the Contact Type section, select Business.
In the Contact Type section, select Supplier.
In the Business Name box, enter Ambra Health.

Note: If the Contact Type is Individual, ezyVet does not show the Business Name box.
Enter remaining information as necessary.
Select Save.
