Configure the standard PACS integration (SPI) for Ambra

Before your organization can use Ambra for digital imaging, a practice manager must first configure the API integration for Ambra. Then they must configure the standard PACS integration (SPI) for Ambra.

  • Make sure that you made a dedicated supplier contact record for Ambra
  • Make sure that your ezyVet site has a configured API integration for Ambra
  • Make sure that you have the necessary client ID and client secret information from Intelerad customer support
To configure the integration, do this procedure.
  1. Select Admin.

  2. In the settings list, select Integration.

  3. In the Integration box, select Ambra Health (SPI).

  4. If your site has a department configuration, use the For Division box to select the applicable department.

  5. In the Supplier box, select the applicable supplier contact record.

  6. In the API Partner section, select the applicable configured API integration.

  7. In the Client ID box and the Client Secret box, enter the client ID and client secret information.

  8. Use the Modality box to select the applicable modality.

  9. Select Save.

    ezyVet shows a confirmation message:

  10. Select Validate Credentials.

    If the configuration is correct, ezyVet shows a confirmation message:

  11. Select Update Species/Breeds.

ezyVet has the configured integration.
