About the VetRec integration
VetRec uses audio recordings of your appointments to automatically record important information and sync it to the applicable ezyVet clinical records. As a result, your staff have more time for patient care.
Note: The VetRec integration is available in:
- United States
- Canada
- United Kingdom
- Australia
- New Zealand
After a practice manager configures the VetRec integration:
- ezyVet syncs appointment schedule and patient information to VetRec
- You can use VetRec to make audio recordings of your appointments
- VetRec uses the recordings to automatically save information about the appointments (for example, SOAP notes, an appointment summary, discharge information, and client communications)
- VetRec syncs the documentation to the applicable clinical records in ezyVet
