About the VetRec integration

VetRec uses audio recordings of your appointments to automatically record important information and sync it to the applicable ezyVet clinical records. As a result, your staff have more time for patient care.

Note: The VetRec integration is available in:
  • United States
  • Canada
  • United Kingdom
  • Australia
  • New Zealand
After a practice manager configures the VetRec integration:
  • ezyVet syncs appointment schedule and patient information to VetRec
  • You can use VetRec to make audio recordings of your appointments
  • VetRec uses the recordings to automatically save information about the appointments (for example, SOAP notes, an appointment summary, discharge information, and client communications)
  • VetRec syncs the documentation to the applicable clinical records in ezyVet
