KoalaVet and ezyVet: Basic workflow
To use KoalaVet with ezyVet correctly, it is important to know the basic workflow.
This table gives each step for a basic workflow and information about the step:

| 1 | Sign in to KoalaVet. |
| 2 | Make client records and patient records to KoalaVet. Because KoalaVet syncs client and patient information to ezyVet, it is not necessary to add the records in ezyVet. |
| 3 | Use KoalaVet to prescribe a medication to a patient. After you prescribe the medication, KoalaVet automatically syncs the prescription to the applicable patient record in ezyVet. As a result:

| 4 | When you use KoalaVet to give approval for a prescription refill, KoalaVet syncs the refill information to the applicable patient record in ezyVet. Tip: KoalaVet syncs with Koala Health, an online pharmacy system that clients can use to make refill requests. When a client makes a refill request, Koala Health sends it to KoalaVet. Then, you can give approval for the refill. |
