Configure the Blue Rabbit integration

Before your organization can use Blue Rabbit with ezyVet, a practice manager must configure the Blue Rabbit integration.

Make sure that you have a Blue Rabbit account.
To configure integration, do this procedure.
  1. Select Admin.

  2. In the settings list, select Integration.

  3. In the Integration box, select API Partner.

  4. In the Partner box, select Blue Rabbit.

  5. Select Save.

  6. In the Scopes section, select Select All.

  7. Select Save.

  8. Select Download Credentials.

    ezyVet downloads a text file that has a client ID and a client secret.
  9. Go to app.bluerabbit.vet and sign in with your Blue Rabbit username and password.
    Note: Do the remaining steps in Blue Rabbit.
  10. In the left sidebar, select Settings > Practice Settings.
    Blue Rabbit shows a Practice Details screen.
  11. In the PIMS Account ID box, enter the client ID that you downloaded in step 8.
  12. In the PIMS Account Secret box, enter the client secret that you downloaded in step 8.
  13. Select Edit Practice.
ezyVet has a configured Blue Rabbit integration.
