Cenvet and ezyVet: Basic workflow

To use Cenvet with ezyVet correctly, it is important to know the basic workflow.

This table gives each step for a basic workflow and information about the step:

1Make a purchase order in ezyVet and select Cenvet as the supplier. Because Cenvet and ezyVet sync product information, you can add products from Cenvet directly in ezyVet.
Note: Products that you can order from Cenvet include:
  • Medical equipment (for example, surgical tools)
  • Medical supplies (for example, needles and bandages)
  • Medication
  • Pet food
2Send the purchase order to Cenvet. Because of the Cenvet integration, you can send purchase orders to Cenvet directly from ezyVet.
Tip: If your organization is in a metropolitan area, and you make an order before 11:00 AM, Cenvet will supply it during the same day. If your organization is in an outer metro area, and you make an order before 3:30 PM, Cenvet will supply it during the next day.
3After you receive a product order, use the Jobs dashboard tab to add the inventory to ezyVet.
