ezyVet shows a field is invalid error when you receive a PayJunction payment
Do this troubleshooting if ezyVet shows Error
connecting to terminal: Response from PayJunction: This field is invalid
when you try to receive a payment with PayJunction:
The email address of the client's contact record has a special
character
The email address of a contact record cannot have a special character (for example, a semicolon). A special character causes problems with email systems and other systems that use email address information.
Remove the special character
- Select Contacts.ezyVet shows the contact records of your site.
- Select Details.
- In the Email / Phone boxes of the
Contact Methods section, remove the special
