Inventory Ally and ezyVet: Basic workflow

To use Inventory Ally with ezyVet correctly, it is important to know the basic workflow.

This table gives each step for a basic workflow and information about the step:

1Sign in to Inventory Ally.
2Upload your product suppliers to Inventory Ally.
3Upload this information from ezyVet to Inventory Ally:
  • Product order history
  • Invoice transaction history

After the initial upload, ezyVet regularly syncs information about how you use inventory to Inventory Ally.

Note: If some of the uploaded records from ezyVet and your product suppliers are the same, Inventory Ally makes sure that the information it has is correct.
4Inventory Ally makes it easy to do inventory orders:
  • Inventory Ally tells you which items to include in an order
  • Inventory Ally tells you when to send orders to your suppliers
5Inventory Ally makes it easy to do inventory counts:
  • Inventory Ally makes a list of items to count
  • Inventory Ally tells you which items to count first
