You cannot select the SEND PRE-APPROVAL button that shows in an estimate screen
The patient record does not have an insurance number
Enter an insurance number in the patient record
- Find and select the applicable patient record.
- In the Insurance Number box of the patient record, enter the correct insurance number.
The patient has an insurance pre-approval that is in progress
If an insurance pre-approval of an estimate is in progress, you cannot send an insurance pre-approval again. Each estimate can have one in-progress pre-approval only.
