Send a diagnostic request to Radiometer
To use Radiometer to do a diagnostic test, you must send a diagnostic test request.
- Make sure that your ezyVet site has configured integrations for Radiometer.
- Make sure that your site has a configured supplier contact record for Radiometer.
- Make sure that the necessary species and breed mapping is done.
- Select Clinical.The left sidebar shows clinical records of your ezyVet site.
- Select Diagnostics and Treatments.Trouble: If ezyVet does not show the Diagnostics and Treatments button, select View By Group:
- Adjacent to Diagnostic Request, select the plus button.ezyVet shows a New Diagnostic Request dialog box.
- In the Vet box, select the applicable veterinarian.

Select Add.
Do the diagnostic test on the Radiometer diagnostic machine. When the test is complete, Radiometer sends the result to the patient's clinical record in ezyVet, in the Diagnostic Result section.
Note: If you do a test on the Radiometer diagnostic machine
without a request from ezyVet, the result still returns to
ezyVet. The result shows in the unallocated diagnostic
results on the Work List dashboard. Find the result, open it, and
assign the correct client, patient, and clinical record.
