If you use IDEXX Web PACS with IDEXX Telemedicine for diagnostic interpretations, specialist reports for a case are available directly in the applicable clinical record.

1. Select Clinical.
   
2. In the left sidebar, find and select the applicable clinical record.
   ezyVet shows settings and information of the clinical record.
3. Select Diagnostics and Treatments.
   
   ezyVet shows a Diagnostic Result section.
   Trouble: If ezyVet does not show the Diagnostics and Treatments button, select View By Group:
   
   
4. Find the Diagnostic Result entry that is for the applicable result from IDEXX Web PACS.
5. Select the PDF button that shows in the entry.
   
   ezyVet shows a Download Attachments dialog box.
6. Select the applicable report.
